When deploying a K9 on a leash or long line handlers are frequently met with unpredictable and hazardous environmental conditions and Impediments. TDS-K9 optimizes the tactical performance of the team while increasing safety for both the handler and the canine.

Conventional deployment methods require either dropping the lead which can become entangled on trees, brush and other environmental factors, or having the canine return to the handler giving up ground and time.
