Tax Exempt Ordering
If you are ordering as an agency and are tax exempt based on the laws of your state, please make an account using your government email address and information. Email us a copy of your tax-exempt form to taxexempt@tds-k9.com. Once received we will mark your online account tax exempt and you may then place your order.

Can I cancel my order?
For assistance with cancelling an order that has not shipped, contact us at support@tds-k9.com with your order number. The order number can be located in your email confirmation.

Shipping
What countries do you ship to?
We are currently shipping within United States. However, we intend on shipping to Canada, Australia and the UK in the near future. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us at info@tds-k9.com
How long will it take to receive my order?
PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES:
Most of our products are customized to your specifications, which means that once you place an order, we put them into final production. Once the product is completed, it's sent to our quality control team for a final look and then to our fulfillment team who ships your order out. In most cases, we can complete this process within 3-5 business days after you place an order.
As soon as the shipping label gets placed onto your package, we will send you an email with the tracking number.
- Standard shipping (3-5 business days)
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge).
- International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).
PRE-Order: If you purchase a pre-order item, they are not put into production until the pre-order period is completed.
Returns and Refunds
How do I return a product?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@tds-k9 within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive your items back at our facility our team will inspect the items for wear and tear. We reserve the right to not issue a refund on damaged items and send them back to you.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@tds-k9.com.
Warranty Information
Does TDS-k9 Offer a Warranty
Tactical Deployment Systems – 90-Day Limited Warranty
Product Covered: TDS-K9 System
Warranty Period: 90 days from the original date of purchase
Coverage:
Tactical Deployment Systems (TDS-K9) warrants that your TDS-K9 System will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase. During this period, if the device proves to be defective, Tactical Deployment Systems will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product at no cost to you.
What is Covered:
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Malfunctions occurring under normal use conditions.
- Repair or replacement of defective parts or unit as determined by Tactical Deployment Systems.
What is Not Covered:
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or improper installation.
- normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, etc.)
- Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- loss or theft of the device.

Please provide a copy of the original purchase receipt and a detailed description of the issue. If the device needs to be returned, shipping instructions will be provided.
Limitations:
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Tactical Deployment Systems’ liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective product. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.
Legal Rights:
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
